1. About VisitSDB
VisitSDB is an independent buyer-visit and concierge service that arranges travel, hosting, and manufacturer matchmaking for international buyers visiting Surat Diamond Bourse (SDB). VisitSDB is not the operator of Surat Diamond Bourse and does not itself buy, sell, or broker diamonds — our role is to plan and support your visit.
2. Use of This Website
You may use this website to learn about our services and submit enquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false information through our forms, attempting to disrupt site functionality, or using automated tools to scrape or spam our contact and enquiry forms.
3. Buyer Visit Enquiries & Bookings
Submitting an enquiry through this site does not constitute a confirmed booking. Visit packages, pricing, and availability are confirmed directly with you following your enquiry, and any resulting arrangement is governed by a separate agreement covering the specific services, dates, and costs involved.
4. Travel & Third-Party Services
Where VisitSDB coordinates travel, accommodation, or ground transport on your behalf, these services are provided by third-party vendors. VisitSDB makes reasonable efforts to select reliable providers but is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by those third parties beyond our control.
5. Manufacturer Meetings & Transactions
VisitSDB facilitates introductions and meetings with manufacturers at Surat Diamond Bourse based on your stated buying profile. Any purchase decision, negotiation, and transaction is between you and the manufacturer directly. VisitSDB is not a party to, and assumes no liability for, the terms of any transaction you enter into with a manufacturer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and layout, is the property of VisitSDB unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisitSDB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in a hosted visit, beyond the value of services directly provided by VisitSDB.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
